Tori Spelling Collapses, Possible Pregnancy?

Tori Spelling was taken to the hospital on September 28, complaining of stomach pain, headache and dizziness.  Is she pregnant, or is there something more going on?

According to sources, anxiety about her marriage is playing a big part in Tori’s health crisis.

Doctors ruled out pregnancy, ulcers and ovarian cysts.  She’s not suffering from kidney stones and there was no sign of pelvic inflammatory disease.  The 36-year-old actress was released the next day after all tests came up negative and no conclusive diagnosis was given.

Two days later, the 90210 star was back at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with the same symptoms but again, doctors not finding anything conclusive.  A source dished, “They believe it could be stress-related.”

Pals think Tori is stressed about her husband Dean McDermott after his best friend and ex-wife made several allegations.

Michael Olifiers, McDermott’s best friend claims that he only got together with Tori to try to further his career.  Dean’s ex, Mary Jo Eustace, with whom he has a son, says the same thing.   Both say that Dean was never really attracted to Tori, but was just using her.  An insider said, “She feels overwhelmed with all of these statements.”

I’m not sure why your best friend would want to talk about you like that?  Sure, the ex-wife, I can see that, but your best guy friend?

And would Dean really bother with creating two kids with Tori if he was only using her?  Would he be that calculating?  Seems to me he truly loves his babies and he perhaps should get rid of this so-called “friend!”
