Up All Night – Again! Maya Rudolph Reportedly Expecting Baby #4

By shanaaborn |

Actress Maya Rudolph seen arriving at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles for and evening with 'Up All Night'Big changes are coming to NBC’s Up All Night – possibly including a new cast member!

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that costar Maya Rudolph is expecting a new baby – her fourth! – with longtime partner Paul Thomas Anderson. She has two daughters, 7-year-old Pearl and 3-year-old Lucille, and a son, 19-month-old Jack.

Maya and her rep haven’t officially confirmed it, but if true, it would create a new challenge for the already-struggling sitcom. Show creator Emily Spivey recently left the series, and last week, star Christina Applegate announced she wouldn’t be returning to the show.

The series concept has also changed. Originally, Maya played the star of a popular talk show where Christina, mom of a toddler, was returning to work after maternity leave. This season, the fictional show was canceled, leaving Maya’s character looking for a new direction in life.

Rumors are swirling that Up All Night may not live to see another season, which might come as something of a relief to an actress who’s dealing with a busy household and a baby on the way.

Well, the show may be having trouble finding its footing, but it looks like Maya’s home life is doing very nicely, thanks.
