Vanessa Lachey Takes A Home Baby Gender Test

By Joanna Mazewski |

Well, is it a boy or a girl?

While she might not even be over 16 weeks pregnant yet, it looks like Vanessa Lachey can’t wait for that all-important ultrasound appointment to find out what the sex of her baby is. The pregnant mama-to-be Tweeted a picture of her about to take a gender prediction test!

Nick Lachey’s other half tweeted:

“Am I crazy for wanting to try this? I’m such a sucker for this kind of stuff!!!”

While I’ve never personally taken a gender prediction test – I can only guess that her result might be 50 percent right… or 50 percent wrong! You can only go two ways on this, Vanessa!

Tell us, have you ever tried a gender pregnancy test? What were your results?

Yep I did the test and it was 100% right.

You need to be careful to follow the directions.

I took IntelliGender at 17wks along in my pregnancy. My results showed a VERY clear BOY result. 2 weeks later, my ultrasound confirmed that I was indeed having a little prince. I am now 6.5 months pregnant and since my first ultrasound, I’ve had 3 more and it’s STILL very much confirmed a BOY!!!! IntelliGender worked for me :-) My youngest son will have him a playmate for life :-) He was born June 14,2010 and his new baby brother is due June 23rd 2012. How neat is that???? Almost exactly 2 years apart they will be.
