It’s been a while, but Billy Joel has a new album coming out, an a live one at that. This CD/DVD was recorded back in 2008 at the gigantic Shea Stadium and was the last concert at the legendary venue before it was torn down.
And during his concert he had a very special guest, Garth Brooks.
Garth paid him a visit to sing Billy Joel’s song Shameless’ a ditty that Garth Brooks covered on his 1991 LP called Ropin’ the Wind,’ a song that went to number one for Brooks.
And this very special moment between Garth Brooks and Billy Joel will be featured on the Live at Shea Stadium’ album which was released this week. You can also watch their performance right here.
