Watch The Maccabeats "Candlelight" Hanukkah video

Your must watch of the day: The Maccabeats “Dynamite” Hanukkah spoof video called “Candlelight.”

Who are the Maccabeats?

The Maccabeats came up with the “Candlelight” Hanukkah parody version of the viral video “Dynamite” and it’s taking off like a shot.

The Maccabeats are an all-male a capella group from Yeshiva University who, according to their website, “perform an eclectic array of Jewish, American, and Israeli songs.”

The Maccabeats released their first album, Voices from the Heights, in 2010.

Something tells me The Maccabeats viral video “Candlelight,” based on the Mike Tompkins version of “Dynamite” (originally by Taio Cruz) will really put them on the map though — The Maccabeats were even featured on the Today show!
