What Was Lindsay Lohan's First Tweet Post-Rehab?

Dina Lohan talks about daughter Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was sprung early from rehab, and has been spotted visiting the DMV and later driving around town in a rented Mazerati. No crazy antics, no suspicion of drinking, no flinging drinks at ex-girlfiend Sam Ronson at her place of employment. Yet. Which is great news for the young fans for whom she might be a role model. And, after a 36-day lapse, she’s back on her favorite form of communication — Twitter. So was her first Tweet one of remorse for her bad behavior? Optimistic about her future? Reflective on the time spent in jail and rehab? None of the above.

It was a condemnation of the paparazzi: “Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1′s sake.”

Well, true. And she was probably referring to these photographs. But I might have expected something a bit more introspective, something deeper, something that says she knows she’s screwed up and she’s thankful to be getting another chance.

But one celebrity dad had kind words for the hopefully recovered actress. Don Johnson, who has seen his share of addiction problems, both his own and those of ex-wife Melanie Griffith, and worked with Lohan on the movie Machete. “God bless her,” actor Don Johnson said. “I care about her as a person.”

The court hasn’t left much room for a future screw-up. Lohan is subjected to twice-weekly random drug and alcohol tests with the penalty of an automatic 30 days in jail for a positive screening.
