Which Celeb Mom-to-Be Has "Pregnancy Face"?

Have Jess's lips gained weight?

Recognize these famous lips?

Neither does their owner!

Jessica Simpson tweeted this odd self-portrait Monday morning, joking, “Woke up looking like the lip injection fairy visited me in the night! Is this how pregnancy face begins? Yikes!”

As her due date approaches – and lots of folks are thinking it’s going to come a lot sooner than the “spring” ETA she’s been mentioning – Jessica has been sharing more of her thoughts about motherhood, as well as getting her pre-pregnancy figure back.

Read on for more Jesstweets!

Music is important for this mom-to-be. “Just ordered Lullaby by the lovely @jeweljk!” she tweeted over the weekend. “I can’t wait for my lil one to enjoy her voice!” Earlier this month, she lamented, “I really miss @willienelson! I want him to sing lullabies to my baby.”

Jessica knows people will be talking about her figure approximately 30 seconds after she gives birth, so she’s already making plans to get back in shape. “Looking forward to getting back into Daisy Duke shape with @MADFit,” she wrote recently. “I forget what having a waistline feels like!”

She also messaged Jessica Alba, who bounded back rapidly after giving birth to baby Honor half a year ago: “New goal: to look like @jessicaalba after baby. Job well done girl!”

That may be a challenge, considering her now-famous cravings for odd foods, heavy on the salt. “Kraft mac and cheese with lawry’s seasoning salt is the breakfast for pregnant champions!!!” she tweeted last month.

Hmm. Maybe that “pregnancy face” is really water retention!

What do you think? Do Jessica’s lips look bigger to you? Did you experience pregnancy face with your own kids?
