Who's Worse Madonna, Octomom, Or Jon And Kate?

By Josh Loposer |

lourdes-like-a-virginChild exploitation is the new black. It’s been such a hot trend in 2009, that even Madonna’s getting in on the action. Or that’s what some are saying.

After featuring her 12-year-old daughter Lourdes on her Sticky and Sweet Tour and in her latest video (dressed up as Madge in her Like a Virgin, I might add) some people are starting to shout “exploitation.”

I’m not sure I’m ready to go so far as to call Madonna out for child exploitation just yet. Though I do think dressing Lourdes up in the Like a Virgin wedding dress was a little iffy. Scratch that, a lot iffy.

Madge is proud of her kids and wants to help them succeed or whatever and I get that. Rocco certainly has a future as a dancer or a stuntman. It’s not much different from Brangelina helping Shiloh become an actress.

While it’s not the first time Madonna’s been accused of treating her kids like fashion accessories — Bruno definitely took a jab at Madonna — this might be the first time she’s even been lumped in with Octomom or the Gosselins as a first-rate child exploiter.
