Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith may have recently enjoyed a trip to Europe with their 11-year-old daughter Willow while promoting Men In Black III, but Will knows these trips won’t last forever.
As Willow gets older and will be soon entering the dating scene, Will admits he’s a bit nervous of what’s to come. The actor recently spoke to PEOPLE at the MIB III premiere in New York and said, “Having two boys and a girl, I realize that boys take trouble to other people’s houses, and girls bring it home.” He added, “So, the thing we are struggling with is the rules, and setting fair rules for the boys and for Willow, but she’s not having any of that.”
When it comes to who Willow can and cannot date, Smith says, “When Willow does bring a boy home, I’m going to screen him and find out everything about him. And that’s going to happen when she’s 40, when she’s allowed to go on dates!”
What are the rules in your house as far as allowing your daughter to date?
