Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have a new property to spend time in when they are not in residence at their London home. The two purchased a sprawling Brentwood estate which had been listed for sale at $10,450,000 (and they reportedly paid close to asking price.).
The mansion is in the horse-friendly community of Mandeville Canyon and is a newly constructed home.
