Who is in charge of safety at the “Spider-Man” Broadway show, the Bad News Bears? Yet another cast member has been hurt in a “Spiderman” accident, the second time in a matter of weeks that this has happened. The stunt-heavy show has been, no shocker here, delayed as producers try to figure out how to fix the troubles, but this is really worrisome for the pet project of U2′s Bono, “Spiderman Turn Off the Dark.” Definitely makes you think twice about taking your kids to see it. A 31-year-old actor, believed to be Charles Tierney, suffered injuries when he fell some 30 feet to the ground while performing an aerial stunt. He (thank goodness) was taken to the hospital and proclaimed in good condition, according to reports. But this is really worrisome – let’s hope they start taking these safety problems seriously so that no more cast members get hurt.
