Whatever’s available. It seems to have no effect on my ability to stay awake any longer so I can only pray it’s hydrating.
The one piece of advice I’d give to a new parent:
No matter what you do, or how you do it, your kids will hate you for something someday, so try not to beat yourself up. Also, just say no to Calliou.
