The last time I was in a Jo-Ann, I noticed that cupcake liners were for sale in the scrapbooking section, with stickers and other embellishments. Then I vaguely remembered seeing some projects on Pinterest that were done with them, so I decided to investigate – and found there is so much more to cupcake liners than baking! People are making all kinds of craft projects, like gift toppers (shown above), home decor, gifts and party decor.
