3 Ways to Re-purpose Your Scarves

jacinda Jacinda |

Now that it’s getting chilly, it’s time to start bringing out those scarves. If you are anything like me though, you forget that every year you have bought more and more on-sale scarves and now have a scarf overload. For the scarves you feel you can somewhat part with, try re-purposing them to make a special gift for your little boy or girl. Ashley from Make it and Love it has come up with three very creative ways to put those old scarves to use. Check out her ideas after the jump…
First, you can use those old scarves to make a pair of warm winter leggings.
You could also use them to make an adorable fringe skirt.

Last, but not least, you could make a winter beanie for your sweet little man. Why not make one for yourself while you’re at it! Send some more ideas my way. I’d love to hear what you would make with your re-purposed scarves.
