I’ll have to admit, I have never been a big neon fan – I was in middle school in the 80s, my friends. I distinctly remember a field trip where I wore an entire orange neon outfit (shirt and shorts) with a neon pink flamingo on the front. Yes, it scarred me! The good news is with the recent popularity of neon again, I think I’m recovering. It’s not quite as loud as it used to be, and instead can be used as an accent like this DIY neon necklace.
