Oh, boy. Valentine’s day is here again. The stores are filled with aisles and aisles of candy. Chocolate is always big on a woman’s list. For me, it’s cinnamon hearts. The kind that are coated in sugar. Mmmmm.

But, remember I’m eating healthy? I’m sticking with my healthy resolution. So now what? One of the most candy-filled holidays is here, and what is a girl to do?
