    She bought a Vika Byske tabletop from Ikea, which she primed and then painted with Benjamin Moore's Chantilly Lace. She also added two coats of Minwax water-based polycrylic.

    She sprayed the legs with Valspar metallic gold spray paint.

    It reminds me of my office desk with the white top and gold legs. It's such a nice pairing I think!

    Steph thought the original dresser was too masculine and she wanted to get rid of the existing hardware.

    She removed the hardware, sanded, filled the holes, and sanded again.

    Steph chose a stain that was close to the original wood. She also painted the drawer fronts.

    This SPRAY PAINTED LAMP is a short and sweet DIY!

    She bought a plain lamp from HomeGoods (how I miss suburban HomeGoods stores!!!) and spray painted it with Rustoleum Caribbean Blue. Love that color.

    Steph bought containers with a large opening. You could try cylinder vases from CB2.

    She bought the succulent plants from a hardware store.

    She added pebbles to the bottom of the container for drainage. Then she added a layer of soil plus some water. After that, she planted the succulents.
