End of the School Year Traditions!

Next week is the end of the school year here. I can hardly wait! The end of carpooling, complex dioramas, band practice and homework. We have a tradition that we started a few years ago and since I have three girls, it’s perfect for us.

We have friends over and have a pedicure party!! It’s a fun way to celebrate the beginning of summer and sandals.

Last year we made Houndstooth Pedicures which were very graphic and cool.

And a couple of years ago we made our own glitter toes.

So now my girls look forward to the end of the year when we can spend some time celebrating the beginning of summer together.

I also love this idea of a big banner (Welcome Summer — Tip Junkie) that the kids break through like a finish line. I think I am going to do this too this year!!

If your kids are in school, is there anything you do to celebrate the end of the school year at your house?? Let us know in the comments!!

xoxo
