Free Printables for Better Dental Health

justheather Just Heather |

With dental care being so expensive, I love that preventive care doesn’t have to be. There are free toothbrushes from the dentist, coupons for floss, toothpaste or rinse, and free printables online. All designed to help you care for your child’s teeth for less.

I’ve printed my Listerine coupon, since the girls are nearly out of the coveted Barbie rinse. When searching for more printable coupons (sadly—none), I found a few more freebies to print.

Here are my favorite free printables for better dental health:

  • Kids’ Dental Activities: This printable packet is a fun way to teach kids about dental health. From word games to coloring pages to diagrams of teeth, this can also be used for homeschooling.
  • Guide to Caring for Kids’ Teeth: I love this one for the visual guide to brushing a young child’s teeth. It also includes a diagram of usual time for primary teeth. This would have been so nice to have when my girls were little.
  • Listerine Kids Dental Care Calendar: Here’s one you’ll want to print for the bathroom. Keep track of kids’ brushing to develop strong habits for good dental health.

It’s great to find fun little ways to incentivize good habits when your kids are young. It definitely helps them retain those habits later in life.
