Funny how a project can seem too overwhelming……until you try it. Stamping metal jewelry always seemed so complicated to me. I thought there were all kinds of special tools and supplies needed. I was wrong. It’s a really simple process. See that necklace above? It took me about 5 minutes to make.
I’m so excited to be able to make metal charms for baby gifts, teacher’s gifts, party favors and stocking stuffers. Want to make your own? You can totally do it!
You can buy all the supplies individually or purchase a metal stamping kit. I used the starter kit from Beaducation. The little letter stamps come in all different sizes and fonts. You can also buy little images.
I show step by step how to make the charms today. You can see the full tutorial here as well as how to solder jump rings easily if you want to get serious about jewelry making.
