Pretty Things for Home: Go NauticalCyd Converse
So I thought I’d share one of my lifelong dreams with you today. It involves retiring, running away to New England and establishing a wardrobe exclusively of navy, stripes and topsiders. Yup, I think of it often. Naturally, as part of my adopted lifestyle I’d also be sailing every morning and eating fresh lobster on a daily basis. And wild Maine blueberries. There would be a whole lot of those getting baked up in my kitchen. So this little dream now shared, let’s talk about my obsession with essentially all things nautical. Maybe it’s because floating on the water is basically my favorite thing ever or maybe it’s because I really am just that preppy, but nautical details just get me. On that note, here are a few of my favorite recent nautical finds, perfect for bringing a touch of that easy, breezy New England lifestyle into your own home!
