Now that we’re into the second week of March, it’s official; the countdown to St. Patrick’s Day is on! I love St. Patrick’s Day because it always feels like the kind of celebration that really marks the transition from winter to spring with lots of festivities and loads of peppy green just about everywhere you look. In my hometown there’s a huge Irish festival this time every year that just gets everyone in the spirit of the holiday.
