You’ve Made the Scarf, Now How to Wear It

Scarves seem to make or break an outfit these days, especially during these winter months. I don’t know what I’m doing with mine. My scarves lay flat and sad around my neck. I really don’t know what to do with them. I do know they keep me warm, but I want to wear them as a fashion statement as well. It’s all about the accessories, right?!
