Yummy Strawberry Poke Cake

By ashleyhackshaw |

My daughter and I made this cake for the first time at Easter…..and we’ve already made it again. It’s her favorite snack when she gets home from school and I seem to snack on it ALL DAY LONG. It is a perfect light and fluffy summer dessert. You can substitute light COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sugar-free gelatin to make it with fewer calories.

She loves helping me make her favorite recipe!

I love that it’s easy enough for your daughter to help out in the kitchen. My girls love to lend a hand, and this looks like the perfect dessert to make as a team!
