While the rest of us fret over bisphenol-A and phthalates in our baby bottles, the authors of a new report published by the environmental advocacy group Friends of the Earth are hoping to raise awareness about another great unknown in certain baby bottles: antimicrobial silver particles manipulated by unregulated nanotechnology.
To be fair to the makers of the Baby Dream Nurser, which presently only seems to be available via bulk order from Korea, widespread nano-silver baby bottles are still a long way from lining Babies “R” Us’ aisles.
