Daisy Rock Guitar Winner
We thought we’d let you Drool readers see who won our Daisy Rock Guitar (see content post). The winner, Mary, is 6 years old and shown rocking out on a borrowed pink guitar above. Here’s what her mom had to say about why she needs the guitar.
My husband who is trapped in
the 80s with heavy metal music takes all the credit for her music taste
because he rocked her to ACDC as a baby — my James Taylor music didn’t
calm her he claimed. I know there are tons of little girls out there
that would love this pink Daisy Rock Guitar but I have to say MY little
Rocker is quite worthy of such a prize. As I type this she
is singing “Had a Bad Day” in the other room. This is a picture of her
singing on the patio with a broken arm and her cousin’s guitar. Her
arm is healed after two surgeries (thought it might not hurt to play
the sympathy card) … Keep the rocker alive in our house!!
