Christian Bale Goes Guano: Arrested for Assault on Family
Holy WTF, Batman? I wanted to write that this wasn’t true, but apparently it is. Christian Bale was accused of assault after lashing out at his mother and sister while in London. He was taken in for questioning, arrested and then released on bail.
We don’t know the extent of the assault. There hasn’t been any information available as to the specifics, whether it was an act of violence or if he was just using his gravely Batman voice.
Now, I’m not justifying anything here, but the tabloids have been running stories about the pressures on Bale for a few days, and then he snaps on the people he loves the most. Fairly classic breakdown material, wouldn’t you say? Let’s hope everyone involved is alright and that Bale gets his shit together.
Don’t judge him too quickly, it sounds like it was all verbal and according to reports coming in he was the victim- apparently his mom and sister are pretty messed-up and they were after him- more as it unfolds.
