Jamie Lynn Spears Breastfeeding Photos Spark Porn Investigation
Jamie Lynn Spears’ family photos have been stolen and some of the pics are of the young mom, breast exposed, nursing her daughter Maddie. The incident has sparked a federal pornography investigation!
According to reports, there are 12 photos that show Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, baby Maddie, Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend Casey Aldridge and Lynne Spears. Included in the photos are a pic of Jamie Lynn wearing a negligee, and another of the Zoey 101 star showing her bare breast – which because someone is trying to sell the photo (and Jamie Lynn is only 17), constitutes a violation of federal pornography laws, both for the seller and buyer of the pic.
The photos were snapped on Casey’s digital camera and were apparently stolen when the memory card was taken from the local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for printing.
Brit’s lawyers are considering a lawsuit against Wal-Mart. Anyone who buys and/or sells the photos would be charged with dealing in stolen property and the pornography aspect.
Hopefully they get their photos back!
