The Britney, Paris & Lindsay Sitcom? Scary!
Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, three celebrities that we hear a lot about and certainly not always good, although they’ve all stayed out of trouble lately. According to reports, the trio are in talks to star in a television sitcom – yes, together. Does this scare you? It sort of does me….
The Daily Star reports that the three former trainwrecks stars could be featured in their very own HBO sitcom. HBO is apparently wanting a new series and would show the trio struggling to get into Hollywood and do big things. An insider said that the three would work well together.
A source said, “The chemistry between them will be electric.
“They were very close and have had their ups and downs in the Los Angeles party world but they have overcome those problems now. They can draw from their experiences for the sitcom.”
I’m thinking this would not be a good idea. The show is being compared to a mix of Friends and Ugly Betty. Ricky Gervais has been asked to write the script, creating characters that are inspired by each one of the women in their real lives.
The insider said that Paris would play a fashion designer, Brit would be an aspiring singer and Lindsay would be a “little like a female Joey from Friends – obsessed with men and food.”
Britney – don’t do it. Seriously, your career is back on track, you’re getting oodles of time with your boys, you seem happy and fit, stay away from Paris and Lindsay. Far, far away. Plus – I’m guessing Britney’s dad Jamie Spears would keep his daughter as far from the other two as possible!

this must be someone’s idea of a bad joke. I don’t think Ricky Gervais would ever stoop to this level of ‘entertainment’ and none of them are actresses. Oh, wait, didn’t Lindsay actually used to be a pretty decent actress when she was a kid? you would think she would become a better actress with age, not worse…
But wouldn’t it be funny to see them try to act normal for a change.
