Shauna Sand has a temporary restraining order against her husband Romain Chavent, claiming that he beat her- in front of her daughters no less.
Sand says that Chavent hit her in her stomach, threw her against a wall and punched her in her newly reconstructed breasts.
All of this is awful, obviously, but there’s more. Sand also claims that Chavent “threatened to sell nude photos of my children that he took of them when he was babysitting.”
WTF? Why the hell is the restraining order temporary?
He’s using her for a green card.. its obvious. He should be charge with child pornography and wife abuse and be deported back to his ‘disrespectful to women’ country. I come from France, and I know how most of the guys treat there women.
Shouldn’t he be charged with producing child pornography?
All restraining orders in California are temporary, until you can see a judge for a hearing at a later date. You turn in the paperwork by a certain time, a judge reviews it, and then you pick up your temporary order in the afternoon without even seeing the judge.
