USA Today’s Most (Over)Exposed Celebrities of 2008
USA Today does an annual Most Exposed Celebrities list, and they’re not talking about the celebs who have the most nipple slippage. It’s based on the “Celebrity Heat Index,” and gauges a celebrity’s exposure via print, TV and online news outlets during the year. Perhaps it should be called the Most OVERexposed Celebrities list.
This year, the top of the list is none other than a Famecrawler favorite, celeb mom Britney Spears. Her big comeback speaks volumes this year with “Circus.” Plus, it helps that she hasn’t shaved her head in months and months.

- Jennifer Aniston
- Brad Pitt
- Jamie Lynn Spears
- Katie Holmes
- Nicole Richie
- Jessica Simpson
- Tom Cruise
- Lindsay Lohan
None of these really come as a surprise, except maybe for Jessica Simpson. The woman can’t act, can’t tell the difference between chicken and tuna, and can barely sing. How did she get so much media coverage this year?
