Video: Pregnant M.I.A. Grammy Performance, Says Son To Be Hip Hop Star
A very pregnant M.I.A. took to the stage at the Grammy Awards Sunday evening, and she certainly delivered – well not her baby, but her performance! I was convinced her water was going to break! The hip hop singer, who is having a son, is convinced her boy will be a hip hop star too.

Before taking the stage Sunday night, M.I.A. said her little one is poised to be a hip hop star. “He’s getting ready for Jay-Z and Lil Wayne. So far, so good.
“I just don’t know what labor is. It’s my first baby. So I’m not walking around going, ‘Maybe this is it.’ The baby is just moving around, getting his swagga on.”
