For one of tennis’ all-time greats, you wouldn’t thing that coming up with a baby name would be the greatest challenge you’ve ever faced — just name it Roger II. But for Federer and wife Mirka Vavrinec, coming up with a handle for their upcoming baby is proving as difficult as beating Rafael Nadal in a major tournament.
