Through the years, there’s been much speculation surrounding Brad Pitt’s love of the ganja, but this might be the first time he’s owned up to it publicly.
Apparently, the meeting with Quentin Tarantino to discuss Brad’s role in Inglorious Basterds involved some heavy drinking and pot smoking. Says Brad:
“All I know is we talked about backstory and we talked about movies
into the wee hours. I got up the next morning and I saw five empty
bottles of wine on the floor. Five. And something that resembled
smoking apparatus, I don’t know what that was… Apparently I had agreed to do the movie and six weeks later I was in a uniform.”
I’m assuming/hoping that he’s referring to a marijuana or tobacco smoking device, not a crack pipe.
Since their meeting in the summer of ’08, rumor has it that Brad has abandoned his stoner ways and feels much more clear-headed, probably a good thing for his family life. Though, it’s never stood in the way of Snoop Dogg’s fathering abilities.
