Pregnant Kelly Rutherford of “Gossip Girl” is willing to go to any lengths for her son (not that there is anything wrong with that).
Apparently she hired a private investigator to spy on her ex, Daniel Giersch, to videotape his potty training of their son Hermes, which she wants him to stop.
That seems a little crazy, but the rest of her argument is pretty sound, although somewhat unorthodox. She claims that Giersch doesn’t have a secure fence or cover on his pool, which is unacceptable for someone with children, especially a 2-year-old. Hence the video.
So yes, she took the stalker’s way around, but she seems justified. Safety is key and crazy trumps reckless every time when kids are on the line.
