To all the female readers out there:  what were YOU doing when you were 12-years-old?  Trying your hand at wearing Wet ‘n’ Wild cosmetics, saving your allowance for some Bonnie Bell lip gloss, and making necklace out of beads during Arts & Crafts?

Well, 12-year-old socialite jewelry designer Drew Gaffney McCann has got you all beat.  According to Teen Vogue, when the sixth-grade entrepreneur isn’t hanging out at her apartment with a “helicopter like view of Manhattan’s west side” or “playing with her sister Avery,” she’s producing a line of hand-made, one-of-a-kind necklaces that have already been featured in the pages of InStyle, Teen Vogue and Elle magazine.  The mini fashion maven scours flea markets, antique shows, eBay, and more to find vintage charms and chains for her creations.

She’s even got her own e-commerce website!

I tell you, kids these days never cease to amaze me.
