has she really established up a dichotomy? the prositute definitely has sex while a virgin may participate in some form of sexuality but not others. a prostitue’s personal motives for sex are unclear, the protitutes does have sex for profit though. the vigin is expected to participate in some type of sexuality but has made no choice or established a clear personal motive for sex. one has a definite itdentity while the other is unformed. does she mean the dicotomy between personal sexual expression and prostitution?

I am wondering who would pay $3.8 mill for sex with a virgin; It’s not exactly good sex and I’m not sure that you can even verify that someone is really a virgin…??…so he’s going to pay and just take her word for it? lol.

I’d agree with you, Baconsmom, if she had no intention of going through with it. If she does, then the statement is that female sexuality is a commodity to be sold and bought rather than an integral part of a human being, among all the obvious misogynistic messages about female virginity. As said in Female Chauvinist Pigs, this new liberation is looking suspiciously like the old objectification, women’s choice or no.

I don’t see how a woman owning her own body and making her own choices about her sexual debut is anti-feminist. The valuation of virginity in women is absolutely misogynistic, and I applaud her for pointing it out so obviously.
