You know the drill. Cute babies. Those cheeks. Oy! Those cheeks! What a punim!
But this is just ridiculous. Look at those things.
Someone on the site I found this on expressed dismay at the size of the cheeks: “omg that should be child abuse letting an infant get that fat! sick!” Someone else responded with “some babies are chubbier than others… ” I think it’s just the way the photo was shot. But I could be wrong. Cute, though.

Ummm….. How could anyone think that was cute? It HAS to be a medical condition. The cheeks have, like, freaking stretch marks!! Poor baby.

Steroid-based medications can make one’s face swell up, and if I remember correctly, that side effect is very common with babies and toddlers.

That looks like a reaction to medication to me.
Looks painful. Partially the angle, but even a side view such as this, the average bears cheeks would not puff out past the lips as these do. Funny.
