I agree that you should NOT buy them something. I think most moms would prefer you DO something. Like clean the house or mow the yard. (Yeah, that’s going to happen) My kids always said “We don’t want to do that. Can’t we just buy you something?” when they were little. Sure, go ahead and spend my money on something for me. That is what moms are for. Oh, yeah, hide the thing you bought for yourself before you give her the bag.
