Disney cast members are to fun as ducks are to water. Think about it.
Five years ago Disneyland‘s cast members started the “It’s a Small World Rubber Duck Race” in an effort to raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation. This year they raised $1800, and they had a good time doing it.
The event takes place before the park opens, and while there was no sign of other famous Disney Ducks (namely Donald or Daisy, respectively) there were plenty of rubber ducks decorated with very creative Disney themes.

I love that Disney lets cast members host their own charitable events (in addition to all of the official charitable work Disney does on a larger scale). Also, those rubber ducks are incredible. I think I found our next family craft project!
