LEGO is finally releasing a Marvel Super Heroes game, and suddenly all is right with the world. Relatively speaking.
My boys love video games (to the point that they get themselves in trouble), and one of their favorites is the LEGO series which takes popular stories from pop culture (Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, etc.) and makes them into fun, imaginative games where everything is made from bricks. Everything.
They love the games for all the right reasons, my wife and I love them because violence, while present due to the nature of the stories showcased, isn’t glorified with blood and gore, but rather through the breaking and subsequent building of bricks.
Needless to say we have been waiting for a Marvel LEGO game for a very long time, and when I saw the announcement, which was released today, that the game would come out this fall and feature over 100 characters to choose from, well, I just had to share.
My boys don’t even know yet. I’ll have them read this post in the morning (I need the traffic).
Here is the trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes:
Cool, right? I hope Moon Knight is in it!
Who is your favorite Marvel super hero?
