I’ve often wondered what it would be like to be a medic in a war. Things whizzing by your ears. Screaming. General pandemonium.
Well, I got my chance when I became a parent.
But the main offensive, if I’m to keep this tired war analogy up, is childbirth. It’s the opening volley of the war that is childrearing. Yes, I just said childrearing. Whether it’s smooth or by force, bringing a baby into this world can be just as harrowing as a Gettysburg or Vietnam ever hoped to be.
We decided it would be prudent to make a video demonstrating the various kind of reactions men can have to the process of popping out progeny.
