Dress Like a Dowager at Disney's United Kingdom PavilionPilar Clark
That I’m a major Anglophile is no secret, and my passion for all things across the pond definitely extends to British television.
Downton Abbey, Doctor Who, Monty Python — I crazy love them all, if my ability to weave Dowager Countess of Grantham zingers into normal conversation, replica sonic screwdriver, and fondness for coconuts is any kind of testament to my fandom.
And now, the United Kingdom Pavilion at Walt Disney World’s Epcot has just become my stateside enabler. Specifically, the Sportsman’s Shoppe right across the way from the Rose & Crown Pub, with its mugs and posters and other delightful Britorabilia.
Downton Abbey-inspired tees — my fave features Lady Violet and her hat (of course) — plus styles bedecked with Carson and his signature furrowed brow, all 11 Doctors, and silly walks from the liked-named Ministry are all definite must-haves for any of my fellow anglophiles.
And yes, there is a TARDIS SCARF.

"At my age one should ration one’s excitement." – Lady Violet 2 of 6
The Dowager is as sharp as cheddar. And though there is no substitute to her wit, I prefer this quote from Walt Disney instead: "Laughter is timeless, imagination has no age, and dreams are forever." Perhaps she would agree to disagree?
"Edith, you are a lady. Not Toad of Toad Hall." – Lady Violet 3 of 6
I like Toad's gadabout personality, but perhaps these two tees would keep Lady Violet from getting too hot under the collar.
"Allons-y!" – Doctor Who (the 10th one) 4 of 6
These win at all the Doctory things. Though I must confess, I've taken quite a shine to bow ties. Blame Matt Smith. (And by "blame," I mean "kiss!")
"I’m just a mad man in a box." – Doctor Who (the 11th one) 5 of 6
TARDIS. That is all.
"And now for something completely different." – Monty Python’s Flying Circus 6 of 6
I would say that's a valid description, no?
