March of the Disney Toy Solider: His Story

disney, disneyland, small world, it's a small world, toy soldier, parade, holiday, magic kingdom, disneylandYou might think that there is a lot involved in putting a Disney Parks parade together, and you’d be right. However, it isn’t just the creation of awesome floats, mapping out a route, inviting guests, and sweeping up afterward, there is so much more.

Consider the toy soldier. It is so easy for us, the parade fan, to watch a marching band of toy soldiers march by, as they do, and think that such a thing is easy — that toy soldiers don’t need to put a lot of preparation into marching. And you would be wrong, which is probably pretty embarrassing for you.

The Disney Toy Soldier puts in a ton of work, matched only by dreams and dedication. The Disney Toy Solider is an inspiration.

Watch for yourself:

The Disney Toy Soldiers march seasonally in Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, and also the Christmas Fantasy Parade at Disneyland. Give them a wave.
