This month we celebrate Sister’s Day! A day to pay homage and to honor those women who have a very special bond. But although Sister’s Day is just on one day – August 4th – Sister’s Day really should be every day. And we here at Babble we are paying tribute to some of our personal favorite sisters – sisters that have appeared in Disney film!

Stepsisters from Cinderella 2 of 7
Drizella and Anastasia Tremaine of Cinderella give stepsisters everywhere a bad name. They are demanding, conniving and cruel. They may share a sisterly bond, based on the bad blood they inherited from their mother, but there was not a stitch of sisterly compassion towards their very much put upon stepsister Cinderella.
Ariels’s Sisters 3 of 7
Ariel is just one of seven little mermaids. She has six sisters named: Attina, Aquata, Andrina, Adella, Arista, and Alana. And did you know that Ariel is the youngest?
Lilo and Her Sister 4 of 7
Lilo's big sister Nani is very caring, loving, and takes the place of their mom (the two lost their parents prematurely). Nani is Lilo's legal guardian and takes her role very seriously.
Tinkerbell and Periwinkle 5 of 7
In the Secret of the Wings, Tinkerbell discovers that she has a sister she didn't know about before, her sister Periwinkle. But these sisters weren't born from the same parents, they were born from the same laugh.
Alice’s Big Sister 6 of 7
We don't get to really find out much about Alice's big sister, but we do get a sense that she is years older and helps young Alice with her lessons. That is one big sign of being a good big sister!
Frozen 7 of 7
We can't wait to meet Anna and Elsa of Disney's upcoming movie Frozen! In the film Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) is on a search to find her sister Elsa (voiced by Idina Menzel), it looks both gorgeous and great!
