Jimmy Fallon Reveals Daughter's Name But We Still Have Questions

Jimmy Fallon, Nancy Juvonen at TIME 100 Gala, TIME'S 100 Most Influential People In The World at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York CityIt’s been a big week for famous babies — and famous baby name announcements.

New dad Jimmy Fallon used his Late Night monologue to discuss his big news.

“Welcome, everybody, to Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. I’m your host, Dada,” he said before revealing that his daughter’s name is actually a pretty normal one: Winnie Rose Fallon!

Not too conventional. Not too out there — her parents are named James and Nancy, after all. I still think of Danica McKellar’s character on the Wonder Years whenever I hear the name. Not a bad association.

The petite tike arrived on July 23rd weighing 5lbs 9oz — bigger than North but smaller than George.

And somehow the couple, who have been married since 2007, managed to keep the pregnancy completely under the radar.

Because of that — and the fact Nancy, 46, didn’t look as if she was with child recently — the blogosphere has been questioning whether she in fact carried Baby Winnie, or whether Winnie arrived by other means.

Halle Berry will be 47 when her son arrives this fall. She makes it look easy, but we know that getting pregnant when you are closer to 50 than 40, not to mention 30, has its challenges.

Or maybe all the attention on the Royal Baby, Kimye, and Jessica Simpson just proved the perfect paparazzi distraction.

What do you think of the name Winnie?
