Kelly Osbourne's Engaged. But What Will She Wear?

Entertainment star Kelly Osbourne in AmsterdamIt’s another big occasion for the Osbourne family! Lavender-haired Kelly Osbourne, 28, is officially engaged to Matthew Mosshart, 29, her boyfriend of two years.

They’ve yet to set a date but we know one thing for sure, Jack Osbourne’s 15-month-old-daughter Pearl is going to be her adoring Auntie’s flower girl. Oh, and Kelly hopes to tie the knot in England at the house where she grew up.

Kelly met the vegan chef at Kate Moss’s wedding in July 2011. Moss’s husband, Jamie Hince, and Matthew’s sister Alison make up the indie rock band The Kills. So, in a way Kelly and Kate are kinda family now.

Matthew proposed on a recent trip to Anguilla and reportedly even got down on one knee to ask her hand. Kelly designed her ring herself, based on an earring that her father Ozzy used to wear. “I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little,” she said, “And say, ‘I want a ring like that.’ Now I have one!”

Kelly credits Matthew’s help — and the healthy food her cooks her — with her inspirational 50 pound weight loss.

As she told Shape magazine, she’s an “emotional eater” who would load up on pizza, French fries, and soda and wonder why the weight wasn’t coming off. Her calorie-burning stint on Dancing With the Stars kickstarted her transformation. She lost 20 pounds doing the show but shed the other 30 on her own by revamping her poor diet and incorporating regular, intense workouts into her life.

Also, happiness helps.

“I’ve never felt this close to another human being, ever,” said Kelly. “People say we’re co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time.”

No word yet on what Kelly will wear to walk down the aisle —  but you can bet the Fashion Police co-host’s gown, if it is a gown, will be duely critiqued.
