Kim Zolciak: Her Work Out Secret! How She Lost the Baby Weight

Kim Zolciak post babyWow, I’m impressed. VERY impressed! Kim Zolciak isn’t just a mother of six, yes six, but she had her twins — daughter Kaia and son Kane — just four months ago and you know what? She has her pre-baby body back already!

She has been sharing her progress on the Twitter and Instagram accounts with selfies of her stomach and photos wearing body hugging outfits. Her assistant also tweeted out a photo of Kim wearing a bikini, yes, she’s already wearing a bikini again, amazing.

So, how did Kim Zolciak do it? She has one big secret for her getting her pre-baby bump body back and back in her jeans — her husband Kroy Biermann!

Kim spoke to ABC News about how she lost the weight and she confessed that, “I’ve been working out with my husband, he kicks my butt.”

“The mind of an athlete is like no other. This man is incredible,” she said. “We have everything you could dream of to workout, he pushes me and when it starts to burn, I won’t quit and he won’t let me.” It’s pretty handy to have an NFL player in your home to act as your trainer! She also eats in moderation, but isn’t on a strict diet.
