Martha Stewart’s Rules of Successful Aging

Martha Stewart has a new book out! Living the Good Long Life: A Practical Guide to Caring For Yourself and Others just hit the shelves and it’s chock full of good things.

Love her or love-to-hate-her, Martha practices what she preaches. This new book offers tips and resources for taking care of yourself as you get older. She seems to be holding up pretty well. I’d like to get me some of that. In the May edition of Living she shared 10 rules for successful aging.
