Tonight, BBC America will be airing the BAFTA Britannia Awards. In the two-hour special, which will include footage from the red carpet, some of our favorite UK and US celebs will be honored for their work. Hosted by Rob Brydon, the evening is said to be a “celebration of achievements honoring individuals and companies that have dedicated their careers to advancing the entertainment arts.”

Idris Elba will accept The BAFTA LA Britannia Humanitarian Award, Benedict Cumberbatch will receive the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year, George Clooney will receive the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film, Kathryn Bigelow will receive the John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing, Sir Ben Kingsley will receive the Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment, and Sacha Baron Cohen will receive The Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy.

Sacha’s acceptance of his award is a must-see. Seriously. I watched it with my mother, and we both gasped. If you know anything about Sacha’s style of humor, then you know simply to expect the unexpected, and that is all the warning I will give you.

The BAFTA Britannia Awards will air on BBC America at 9pm ET.
